I spotted this cluster of cell antennas hanging over the ramp
connecting I-5 and I-84 in Portland Oregon in 2008.

At the time, I figured it was temporary.

A year later, I drove past it again, and decided to check it out.

I'd like to know how this "permanent mounting structure"
is described in the 601 application.

Not visible from this angle, the cherry picker is wired to an
electrical panel through hard conduit. There are at
least six large coax cables lashed to the extended mast.
